Course Overview

Are you interested in finding a meaningful career or seeking further education but your lack of knowledge is holding you back? A Certificate II in General Education for Adults will help you work on the areas you need a bit of extra help in, including literacy, basic maths and general education skills.

This course focuses on developing your literacy skills as you create and engage with a range of familiar and unfamiliar text types. You’ll learn to interpret and create a range of paper-based and web-based text types as you complete projects that are specifically tailored to your needs. In this, you will be able to apply knowledge of everyday information to a range of situations. Gain the confidence you need to participate in your wider community with a Certificate II in General Education for Adults.


Skills for Education and Employment (SEE)

A specialised program funded by the Australian Government, SEE provides up to 650 hours of free accredited training for eligible job seekers. You will receive training to help you improve your skills, confidence and access to education and job opportunities.

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in General Education for Adults.
