Once you’ve completed this course, you’ll be eligible to register with the Victorian Building Authority and potentially become a plumbing contractor.

You'll develop the skills and knowledge required for a range of specialist plumbing services and/or industry licences. You'll also be eligible to register with the Victorian Building Authority.

Mandatory entry requirements:

For the operations stream, a candidate must hold a Certificate III in Plumbing or be authorised
to undertake plumbing work by an Australian regulator/licensing body.
Completion of the general construction induction training program specified by the model
Code of Practice for Construction Work is required before entering a construction work site.
Achievement of CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry meets
this requirement.
For students intending to undertake CPCPWT4023 Commission and Maintain Hot and Cold temperature controlled devices

Recommended entry Requirements:

Certificate III in Plumbing.
VBA gazette and prescribe units which enable a Plumber to obtain licensing in line with the Certificate IV in Plumbing Qualification.
