About this course

Become competent in a wide range of general information and communications including critical thinking that could lead you to a rewarding career as a receptionist, payroll officer, senior administration officer, customer relations officer, government administration officer or to help develop skills to set up your own business.
You'll learn how to design and produce spreadsheets, write simple documents, organise schedules as well as being able to engage in workplace communications and work as a team member.
