You’ll support those who truly need it by offering person-centred services to individuals in community settings. Put words into action with specific community-based programs that can improve the lives of others.
If you’re not quite ready to study higher level qualifications or you just need a bit of extra support while you make your way into the industry, this entry-level certificate may be right for you. At this level, you’ll be under supervision, receiving direction from experienced and caring professionals.
You’ll explore a huge range of community services organisations to see where you fit, where your passions lie, and where you could be most helpful. Take a step in the right direction and gain the necessary skills to support your community.

Qualifications and RecognitionUpon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate III in Community Services.
At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

- Students will undertake an LLN test at enrolment.
- Must be 17 with a year 11 pass or mature age.
