Are you interested in stepping into a supervisory position in civil construction? Develop the necessary skills to become an effective and knowledgeable supervisor, ensuring others are completing their duties safely and efficiently. You’ll perform complex and non-routine tasks, taking responsibility for the quantity and quality of other people’s work.
You’ll learn to supervise civil works, foster innovation, implement and develop projects, devise key performance indicators and influence your fellow workers. Discover how to apply management plans to your workplace with a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision.
This course is delivered with a combination of online and on campus workshops.
Times8am - 4pm Thursday's face to face and Fridays between 8am - 4pm which students can contact and interact with their teacher either online or via phone.
Qualifications and RecognitionUpon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision.
This qualification provides and occupational outcome at a supervisory level, as a Civil Construction team leader or supervisor

This course is delivered in a blended learning model. The student will be required to attend up to 6 classes per year at a campus and work through online assignments. Assessments will be carried out onsite in real work conditions.
