Course Overview
Take your scaffolding career to the final stage with your advanced License to Perform Scaffolding. You’ll find yourself completing complex tasks across a range of industries, including construction, mining and maritime. This course builds on the concepts that you mastered in your basic and intermediate scaffolding courses.
The additional training in this qualification will prepare you to safely erect and dismantle hung and suspended scaffolding, taking you further in your expertise than any other scaffolding course. Become a well of knowledge on your job site with this exciting, fast course.

What to bring:
The Work Safety Centre is classified as a 'Construction Zone' so the student must wear appropriate safety PPE at all times. As a minimum high visibility clothing (shirt or vest) and steel cap safety boots must be worn at all times. In addition please ensure you bring a safety helmet and safety glasses for high risk tasks.
Students are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement of training and also bring the following to meet WorkSafe Victoria licensing requirements:
- Passport or Drivers Licence or proof of ID card, and
- Proof of Victorian residence (utilities bill or bank statement)
- Intermediate Scaffolding (SI)
Qualifications and Recognition
Upon successful completion of this course participants will be eligible to be assessed for a National Certificate of Competency.Career Opportunities

A licence to perform High Risk Work is issued by WorkSafe Victoria. On successful completion of this course, you can apply to WorkSafe Victoria for a license to perform high risk work. Course and Entry Requirements
Mandatory entry requirements
Minimum age limit and must hold CPCCLSF3001-Licence to Erect, Alter and Dismantle Scaffold-Intermediate level.
Recommended entry requirements
Have literacy and numeracy skills at sufficient level to be able to undertake training and assessment in English.
Limitations to entry
This unit has a pre-requisite requirement. This requirement may be met by either the successful completion of the unit CPCCLSF3001 Licence to erect , alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level.
