Forest Operators Licence (FOL)

The two units within Forest Operators Licence (FOL), FWPCOR2209 Follow environmental care procedures and FWPCOR2210 Follow WHS policies and procedures are delivered to participants on the same day. Once the participant completes these two units, they are then required to submit an additional application to Forestworks to achieve the Forest Operators Licence (FOL)

Timber harvesting’ refers to the harvesting of any tree, or part of any tree, for the purpose of processing and selling.  The governing body – Forestworks, requires the participant to complete these two units before you can apply for your Forest Operators Licence through them. Working in this sector will take you outdoors in your chosen industry as a safe and efficient operator.
