The more people who have these skills, the safer our world will be! During the course of this qualification, you’ll receive thorough training that will allow you to manage incidents, casualties, and other first aiders until medical assistance arrives.

Please keep in mind that the practical activities and assessments in this training require a degree of physical ability, especially the CPR component. If you have no difficulty kneeling for a duration or manoeuvring an unconscious person, you should have no issues in this course. Join the frontline and learn how to assist people when they truly need you.

Mandatory entry requirements

Please keep in mind that the practical activities and assessments in this training require a degree of physical ability, especially the CPR component. You must be able to complete CPR on an adult manikin on the floor for at least 2 minutes. If you do not have any difficulty kneeling for this duration or manoeuvring a manikin, you should be able to complete this course.
