Course Overview
Flour, Water + Salt is a short course designed to showcase some of the amazing possibilities within the world of bread. Using these three simple ingredients as a base those who decide to join in will spend two days learning, making, and baking a variety of bread all made in unique ways with techniques that will help expand any home cook or chef’s skill set. From basic white rolls and brioche to pizza and focaccia doughs, all the way back to unleavened breads like the flaky Indian laccha paratha. Flour, Water + Salt is a fantastic way to celebrate all things bread and to eat some great food along the way. As a bonus, each of these breads will be paired with a dish so while you bake your heart away you’ll even come out with a few extra recipes just for fun.
