Food Safety Supervisor (Hospitality and Cooking Sector)
When your business prepares and sells food, you need to ensure every member of your staff is maintaining the highest possible standards of hygiene. The Food Safety Supervisor course will give you the management skills to make sure your customers receive safe and delicious meals. Completing this training will ensure your business complies with government regulations based on the Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles of food safety plans and systems.
