Course Overview
If you’re currently working through an electrical apprenticeship and want to take your studies one step further, a Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation will open new doors for you.
Expand your skills in the field of electrical instrumentation through a number of theoretical, practical and online resources as you become a leader in your industry.
You’ll learn how to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment in construction and building sites.
Taught over a six-month period, this bridging course is designed to add extra skills to your studies, making you a highly sort after tradesperson and increasing your chances of employment.
You’ll be guided by our expert teachers in a hands-on environment, giving you practical experience so you can put your new skills into action almost immediately. We’re also here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
And once you complete this course, you’ll be able to become a qualified electrician with specialised skills. You’ll also be able to transfer to the Certificate III Instrumentation & Control to take your career even further!

- Students entering this training have previously completed a UEE30811 Certificate III in Electrotechnology prior to undertaking the remaining units from this Certificate IV
