Clothing and Equipment

  • Black, slip resistant dress shoes
  • Uniform top, pants & apron will be supplied
  • Students must have access to a computer and Internet along with access to the Microsoft Suite

  • SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery - Apprentice and Non Apprentice Stream.
