Rebecca brings a powerful combination of regional intelligence, economic development expertise and deep industry relationships to her role at TAFE Gippsland. Her career spans over a decade of high-impact work across East Gippsland's most complex challenges — from leading bushfire recovery and forestry transition programs to driving investment attraction, workforce strategy and place-based industry development.

As Senior Business Partner for Food & Fibre, Forestry and Maritime, Rebecca works alongside industry leaders, farmers, peak bodies and businesses to design practical, flexible training solutions that deliver real workforce outcomes. She is deeply passionate about understanding the complex needs of industry and translating those into meaningful opportunities — for businesses, for workers and for the communities they sustain.
