Course Overview
The Work Safely at Heights course is designed to equip workers with the knowledge and skills to safely work in any height situation. Primarily being aimed at general construction, maintenance, mining, large factories - anywhere that work is conducted in a situation where there is a risk of falling from one level to another.

Enrolment into this course must be finalised 5 working days before the course commences
What to bring:
The Work Safety Centre is classified as a 'Construction Zone' so the student must wear appropriate safety PPE at all times. As a minimum high visibility clothing (shirt or vest) and steel cap safety boots must be worn at all times. In addition please ensure you bring a safety helmet and safety glasses for high risk tasks.

Course and Entry Requirements
Recommended entry requirements
- A basic command of the English language, both written and verbal, is recommended.
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Minimum 15 Years of age
- Participants are required to pass a practical and theoretical assessment
- A USI number is to be obtained before the start of the class.
