Whether you are working in the hospitality or healthcare sector, it is highly important that the quality and hygiene of your food meet stringent standards. This Food Handler course will give you the necessary skills and knowledge to follow key hygiene procedures within both industries.
In this course, you will learn about the current food regulations, food poisoning and microorganisms, personal and environmental hygiene, cleaning and maintenance, food storage and display as well as pests and pest control.
This course will give you all of the knowledge you need to continue serving delicious and safe food.

On successful completion of the Safe Food Handling Short Course, the learner will be compliant to work safely with food. The hospitality Industry may require staff to have completed this training to enable them to work in positons such as ; cook, chef, kitchen hand, catering assistant, café assistant, barista, food waiter, fast food and take away outlets.
