After consultation with the ADF, this course was designed to enable access to the widest range of opportunities within the ADF by the nature of its varied units. It offers core units of English, Maths and Project, as well as Science and IT electives.
This course will help you identify the skills you have and work towards strengthening them, while identifying any gaps where you may need to build your skills. When you enrol, you’ll be offered a variety of activities and assessments in a range of formats that address your needs and learning styles.
Taught online over a six-month period, there will be opportunities to discuss progress, any issues and get support through both access to virtual classroom sessions and Student Support Services. Skills for Education and Employment (SEE)
A specialised program funded by the Australian Government, SEE provides up to 650 hours of free accredited training for eligible job seekers. You will receive training to help you improve your skills, confidence and access to education and job opportunities.
Qualifications and RecognitionUpon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in General Education for Adults (ADF Preparation).
