Course Overview
This unit covers the implementation of legislation, associated regulations and Directions for Use of 1080 and PAPP Pest Animal Bait Products in Victoria.
Completing the Course in Minimising Risks in the Use of 1080 & PAPP Bait Products for Vertebrate Pest Control will enable you to apply for 1080 and PAPP endorsement in your Victorian Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP). Protect yourself and your environment with a 1080 and PAPP endorsement.

Successful completion of the course will be recognised as the minimum competency standard for the DJPR “1080 and PAPP” endorsement being added to a person’s existing Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP).
Successful completion of the course will enable Victorian course participants who hold a Commercial Operators Licence (COL) (vermin destroyers endorsement) or staff working for a COL holder, Pest Control Licence (for pest animal control) or Pilot Chemical Ratings Licence to purchase and use 1080 and PAPP pest animal bait products but does not require them to apply for an endorsement to purchase and use 1080 or PAPP.
