You can choose to attend the full series of sessions or you may select individual sessions, based on your areas of interest or availability.
Pathways
There will be an option to formalise your training into a Diploma of Leadership and Management once you’ve completed this series.

Rod McLean
Rod Mclean has over 20 years of experience at TAFE Gippsland having worked in various roles, as a Teacher, Course Co-ordinator and as a Board Director.
With a passion for growth and development, Rod now focuses on leadership training, helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
His background in education and leadership, combined with his experience in small business ownership and management enables him to support others in developing their leadership skills and achieving their professional goals.
Drawing on his vast experience, Rod’s speciality is helping individuals transition into leadership and management roles, guiding them in building successful teams and thriving businesses.
