Enjoy seven courses prepared, cooked and served by our hospitality students.
Our third year apprentices invite family, friends and the local community to enjoy a seven-course degustation dinner featuring some of Australia’s native ingredients and bush foods. From lemon myrtle to native pepper, macadamias to salt bush, this dinner will provide guests with an immersive meal to experience TAFE Gippsland apprentices showcasing everything they’ve learnt while undertaking their apprenticeship.
We’re still working on the menu, but be sure it’ll be delicious and packed full of flavour.
